Our prices, as stated on our website, are in Euros (€) and include VAT at 23%, when applicable. The Red Wolf reserves the right to change the prices at any time. If you are from outside the European Union, VAT is not applied. However, the total amount charged for your order will not change. Please note that, apart from VAT, and depending on the country the order is shipping to, extra import duties, customs and local sales taxes may apply. These charges are beyond The Red Wolf control and we are unable to accept any responsibility for these.


The Red Wolf accepts payments by paypal and by credit card. Credit card payment is made with our partner Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

Delivery time

Portuguese orders will be delivered within 1-4 days.
International orders will be delivered within 3-10 days.
Please note that during Portugal National Holidays and Sale, Orders may take unto 4 days to dispatch.

The Red Wolf shall not be responsible for occasional delays in situations like peak periods or unexpected events. If for any reason you didn’t received your order in a 20 days period, please contact us.

Shipping and Returns

The Red Wolf offers you a refund or exchange in case of damage to the product during transportation. We will accept your request within 8 days after the date of receipt of the product and after sending and validating a photograph that clearly shows the damage to the product.

If you choose for an exchange, you will have to bear all costs of shipping the return and shipping of the new product. Exchanges will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging completely intact.

In case of an inaccurate delivery, a delivery of wrong item, wrong size or wrong quantity,The Red Wolf corrects the delivery on his own costs.

If your order got lost on the way, please let us know as soon as possible and we will file a complaint with our carrier and provide you a solution in a 30 days window.
